International Shipping and Tariffs

Customers may be required to pay customs fees when receiving foreign shipments.
Samurai-Drugstore unfortunately has no control over any fees/taxes levied by your country's government.
We are by law unable to undervalue shipments or mark them as "Gift", and therefore cannot fulfill any such requests to do so.
All orders are marked as "Merchandise" with the full value of contents written on an invoice attached to the outside of the parcel.
We are unfortunately unable to put invoice documents inside parcels, or ship orders without an invoice.
Please be aware of the matter before placing any orders.
Please note that some countries may require parcels to be opened for customs inspection.
Our store cannot be held responsible for any actions taken by customs officials, and we are unable to provide compensation or replacements for any items lost, seized, or damaged during the inspection.

Online tracking is available for all shipments.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please use it to check delivery status via the carrier's website.

Please note that online tracking status may not always be up-to-date.
Samurai-Drugstore has no control over the delivery of parcels and we are therefore unfortunately unable to answer any questions relating to parcel delivery status.
Please contact your local post office or customs office for more information.

Not all shipping options may be available for all orders or destinations.
Some countries have size and weight limitations, and certain products (flammable materials, rechargeable batteries, etc.) cannot be shipped internationally.
Your order may be modified without prior notice if it is not eligible for international shipping.

Order cancellation

• Before payment: Your order will be automatically canceled.
• After payment: You cannot cancel your order directly through the website. Please contact us as soon as possible using the "Contact Us form on the website's top page."
• If the order has not yet shipped: A full refund will be issued.
• If the order has already shipped: A refund will be issued after deducting the shipping fee.

Returns

Returns (but not exchanges) are accepted for most items under the following conditions:

• Submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Once your request is approved, ship the item back to our designated address in Japan at your own expense. The package must arrive within 2 weeks.
• Only items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition are eligible.
• Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
• If a partial return causes the order to fall below the free-shipping threshold, the shipping fee difference will be charged.

Non-refundable situations

We cannot issue refunds if the package is returned to us due to failure to complete customs clearance, refusal of receipt, incorrect address, extended absence, or rejection of delivery.
In case of reshipment, both the original and re-shipment fees will be charged to the customer.
