Effective Effects: Overdrinking, heartburn, stomach discomfort, weak stomach, heavy stomach feeling, overeating, stomach pain, indigestion, digestive stimulation, loss of appetite, excessive stomach acid, stomach/abdominal bloating, nausea (stomach upset, hangover/overintoxication nausea), vomiting, chest tightness, belching, heavy stomach
Dosage and Administration: Adults (15 years and older): 1.3g per dose; 8-14 years: 0.65g per dose; 3 times daily after or between meals with water or lukewarm water. Do not take if under 8 years of age. (One level scoop of the included spoonful is approximately 1.3g. Please use the leveling plate on the inside of the inner lid. "Between meals" refers to 2-3 hours after a meal.)
