A cold remedy containing tipepidine citrate、 maoto extract、 and vitamins B1 and B2.
Tipepidine is also widely used as an ethical drug and is effective for cough and sputum.
Formulated with maoto extract to enhance the effect on fever and chills.
Contains B vitamins that are easily consumed during a cold.

Acetaminophen ... 240 mg
Diphenylpyraline hydrochloride ... 1.3 mg
Tipepidine citrate ... 20 mg
Guaifenesin ... 65 mg
Vitamin B1 nitrate ... 8 mg
Vitamin B2 phosphate ... 4 mg
Maoto extract ... 130 mg (equivalent to 867 mg of crude drug)
●Additives: white sugar、 sodium benzoate、 paraben、 alcohol、 caramel、 calcium chloride、 citric acid、 pH adjuster、 fragrance (including propylene glycol、 vanillin、 ethyl vanillin).

[Dosage and dosage]
Take the following dose within 30 minutes after meals if possible.
In some cases、 you can take the medicine up to 6 times a day、 but if you take it 6 times a day、 as a general rule、 take it at intervals of about 4 hours.
・3 to 6 years old: 10 mL once、 3 times a day
・1 to 2 years old: 7.5 mL once、 3 times a day
・6 to 11 months: 6 mL once、 3 times a day
・3 to 5 months: 5 mL once、 3 times a day
・Less than 3 months: Do not take

In rare cases、 the following serious symptoms may occur. In that case、 please consult a doctor immediately.
・Shock (anaphylaxis): Skin itching、 hives、 hoarseness、 sneezing、 throat itching、 breathing difficulties、 palpitations、 clouding of consciousness、 etc. may occur immediately after taking this medicine.
・Ocular mucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome)、 toxic epidermal necrolysis、 acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: high fever、 bloodshot eyes、 eye mucus、 sore lips、 sore throat、 extensive skin rash・Redness、 small blisters (small pustules) appearing on the reddened skin、 general malaise、 loss of appetite、 etc. persist or suddenly worsen.
・Liver dysfunction: Fever、 itching、 rash、 jaundice (yellowing of skin and whites of eyes)、 brown urine、 general malaise、 loss of appetite、 etc. may occur.
・Kidney disorder: Fever、 rash、 decreased urine output、 general swelling、 general malaise、 arthralgia (joint pain)、 diarrhea、 etc.
・Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath、 shortness of breath、 dry cough、 fever、 etc.、 may appear suddenly or persist when climbing stairs or exerting a little effort.
