[Indications and Effects]
Relief of the following symptoms caused by acute rhinitis、 allergic rhinitis、 or sinusitis:
sneezing、 runny nose (excessive nasal discharge)、 nasal congestion、 watery eyes、 sore throat、 and heaviness in the head
[Directions for Use]
Chew or let the following dosage dissolve in your mouth. However、 allow at least 4 hours between doses.
・Ages 15 and older: 2 tablets per dose、 3 times a day
・Ages 7–14: 1 tablet per dose、 3 times a day
・Under 7 years of age: Do not administer
[Ingredients]
Per 2 tablets
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride: 40 mg: Through its vasoconstrictive action、 it suppresses congestion and swelling of the nasal mucosa and relieves nasal congestion.
dl-Methylephedrine hydrochloride: 10 mg: Through its vasoconstrictive action、 it suppresses congestion and swelling of the nasal mucosa and relieves nasal congestion.
d-Chlorpheniramine maleate: 2 mg: Through its antihistamine action、 it suppresses sneezing、 runny nose、 and nasal congestion.
Dipotassium glycyrrhizinate: 15 mg: Suppresses inflammation and alleviates symptoms of rhinitis.
Total belladonna alkaloids: 0.2 mg: Through its secretion-inhibiting action、 it suppresses a runny nose and relieves watery eyes.
Caffeine anhydrous: 25 mg: Alleviates the sensation of heaviness in the head associated with rhinitis.
Excipients: D-mannitol、 powdered sugar、 cornstarch、 cellulose、 anhydrous silica、 crospovidone、 hydroxypropyl cellulose、 aspartame (L-phenylalanine compound)、 sucralose、 calcium stearate、 L-menthol、 flavoring

1. Do not take this medication if you fall into any of the following categories:
(1) Anyone who has previously experienced allergic reactions to this medication or any of its ingredients.
(2) Anyone with the following symptoms:
Difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate
(3) Anyone diagnosed with the following conditions:
High blood pressure、 heart disease、 thyroid dysfunction、 diabetes
2. Do not use any of the following medications while taking this product:
Other oral medications for rhinitis、 oral medications containing antihistamines (such as cold medicines、 cough and expectorant medicines、 motion sickness medications、 and allergy medications)、 and gastrointestinal analgesics and antispasmodics
3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication
(Symptoms such as drowsiness、 blurred vision、 or abnormal sensitivity to light may occur.)
4. Do not use this medication continuously for an extended period.
1. The following individuals should consult a doctor、 pharmacist、 or registered salesperson before taking this medication:
(1) Individuals currently under medical treatment.
(2) Pregnant women or women who suspect they may be pregnant.
(3) Women who are breastfeeding.
(4) Elderly individuals.
(5) Individuals who have previously experienced allergic reactions to medications or other substances.
(6) Individuals who have previously experienced insomnia、 dizziness、 weakness、 tremors、 or palpitations after taking cold medicines、 cough and expectorant medicines、 oral medications for rhinitis、 etc.
(7) Individuals with the following symptoms:
High fever、 difficulty urinating
(8) People who have been diagnosed with the following conditions:
Glaucoma、 kidney disease
(9) People currently being treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (such as selegiline hydrochloride).
(Selegiline hydrochloride is used to treat Parkinson’s disease.)
2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking this medication、 they may be side effects. Stop taking the medication immediately and consult a doctor、 pharmacist、 or registered salesperson with this package insert in hand
