Claritin EX is a rhinitis medicine exclusively for allergies that contains the medical ingredient loratadine.
It is a drug that does not easily make you sleepy and does not cause *decreases in concentration、 judgment、 and work efficiency.*
Taking 1 tablet once a day provides long-lasting efficacy for runny nose、 stuffy nose、 and sneezing.

[Efficacy and effect]
Alleviation of the following nasal allergy symptoms caused by pollen、 house dust (indoor dust)、 etc.: runny nose、 nasal congestion、 sneezing

Loratadine ... 10 mg
● Additives: lactose、 corn starch、 magnesium stearate

[Dosage and dosage]
・ Adults (15 years old and over): 1 tablet per dose、 once a day (same time each time)

● Precautions regarding usage and dosage
(1) Strictly follow the prescribed usage and dosage.
(2) When using for symptoms caused by seasonal allergic rhinitis such as pollen、 it is effective to start taking this medicine as early as possible when symptoms begin to appear during the pollen scattering season.
(3) If symptoms do not improve after taking this medicine for about a week、 consult a doctor or pharmacist. If you continue to take this medicine for more than 2 weeks even if your symptoms have improved、 consult your doctor or pharmacist.
(4) How to take out the tablet
Press strongly on the convex part of the sheet containing the tablet with your fingertips to break the aluminum foil on the back、 take out the tablet and take it.
(If the sheet is accidentally swallowed、 it may lead to unexpected accidents such as sticking into the esophageal mucosa.)

[Precautions for use]
●The following people should not take this product.
(1) Persons who have had allergic symptoms due to this drug or its ingredients.
(2) Children under the age of 15.

●Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this drug.
・Other allergy medicines (including medicines for skin diseases and oral medicines for rhinitis)、 oral medicines containing antihistamines (cold medicines、 antitussive expectorants、 motion sickness medicines、 sedative hypnotics、 etc.)、 erythromycin、 cimetidine

●Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
●Do not take this drug if you are breastfeeding、 or avoid breastfeeding if you are taking this drug.

・Skin: Rash、 itching、 hives、 skin reddening、 hair loss
・Respiratory system: sore throat、 dry nose
・Digestive organs: nausea、 vomiting、 abdominal pain、 dry lips、 stomatitis、 gastritis
・Nervous system: malaise、 dizziness、 headache
・Circulatory system: palpitations、 tachycardia
・Others…Dry eyeballs、 ringing in the ears、 deafness、 hot flashes、 edema (face/limbs)、 taste abnormality、 irregular menstruation、 chest discomfort、 irregular uterine bleeding、 chest pain、 urinary retention

In rare cases、 the following serious symptoms may occur. In that case、 please consult a doctor immediately.
・Shock (anaphylaxis): Itching of the skin、 hives、 hoarseness of voice、 sneezing、 itchy throat、 shortness of breath、 palpitations、 clouding of consciousness、 etc. may occur immediately after taking this medicine.
・Epilepsy…(People with a history of epileptic seizures) Muscle tension and tremors、 disturbance of consciousness、 and no memory of what happened before the seizure.
・Convulsions: spasmodic contractions of muscles.
・Liver dysfunction: Fever、 itching、 rash、 jaundice (yellowing of skin and whites of eyes)、 brown urine、 general malaise、 loss of appetite、 etc. may occur.

●The following symptoms may occur after taking this medicine. If such symptoms persist or worsen、 stop taking this medicine and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
・Dry mouth、 constipation、 diarrhea、 drowsiness
