【Taisho Pharmaceutical】 Pabron S tablets 135 tablets

Pabron S tablets are easy-to-take cold medicines that contain vitamin C、 which tends to be depleted during colds.
Contains acetaminophen、 which relieves sore throats and fever.
Contains no caffeine、 which can interfere with sleep.
It can be taken by children from 5 years old to adults、 so it is recommended as a regular medicine for families with children.

[Efficacy/effect]
Relief of cold symptoms (cough、 phlegm、 sore throat、 sneezing、 runny nose、 stuffy nose、 chills (chills due to fever)、 fever、 headache、 joint pain、 muscle pain)

Bromhexine hydrochloride…4mg
Dextromethorphan hydrobromide hydrate…16mg
dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride…20mg

Chlorpheniramine maleate…2.5mg
Calcium ascorbate (vitamin C calcium)…83.3mg (250mg in 9 tablets)
Riboflavin (vitamin B2)…4mg

[Usage/Dosage]
Please take the following amount with water or lukewarm water preferably within 30 minutes after meals.
・Over 15 years old…3 tablets at a time、 3 times a day
・11 to 14 years old: 2 tablets at a time、 3 times a day
・5 to 10 years old…1 tablet at a time、 3 times a day
・Do not use if under 5 years old.

[Precautions for use]
Something you can not do
●Do not take this medicine for the following people.
(1) Persons who have had allergic symptoms due to this drug or its ingredients.
(2) People who have had asthma while taking this drug or other cold medicines or antipyretic analgesics.

●Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this drug.
・Other cold medicines、 antipyretic analgesics、 sedatives、 antitussive expectorants、 oral medicines containing antihistamines、 etc. (oral medicines for rhinitis、 motion sickness medicine、 allergy medicines、 etc.)

●Do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery after taking this medicine. (You may experience drowsiness、 etc.)
●Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
●Do not use for long periods of time.

(2) Pregnant women or people who appear to be pregnant.

(4) Elderly people.

(6) Persons with the following symptoms.
・High fever、 difficulty urinating

・Thyroid dysfunction、 diabetes、 heart disease、 high blood pressure、 liver disease、 kidney disease、 gastric/duodenal ulcer、 glaucoma

●If the following symptoms appear after taking this medicine、 it may be a side effect、 so please stop taking it immediately and consult your doctor、 pharmacist、 or registered salesperson with this instruction manual.
・Skin…rash、 redness、 itching
・Gastrointestinal system: Nausea、 vomiting、 loss of appetite
・Psychiatric nervous system… dizziness
・Respiratory system…shortness of breath、 difficulty breathing
・Urinary system…difficulty urinating
・Others…excessive decrease in body temperature

●In rare cases、 the following serious symptoms may occur. In that case、 please see a doctor immediately.
・Shock (anaphylaxis): Immediately after taking the drug、 symptoms such as itchy skin、 hives、 hoarseness、 sneezing、 itchy throat、 difficulty breathing、 palpitations、 and clouded consciousness may occur.
・Oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome)、 toxic epidermal necrolysis、 acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis...high fever、 bloodshot eyes、 eye discharge、 sore lips、 sore throat、 widespread skin rash ・Redness、 small bumps (pustules) appearing on the reddened skin、 general malaise、 loss of appetite、 etc. persist or worsen rapidly.
・Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread redness of the skin、 generalized rash、 fever、 body malaise、 and swelling of lymph nodes (neck、 armpits、 groin、 etc.) appear.
・Hepatic dysfunction: Fever、 itching、 rash、 jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes)、 brown urine、 general malaise、 loss of appetite、 etc. may appear.
・Kidney disorder: Fever、 rash、 decreased urine output、 general swelling、 general malaise、 joint pain (pain in the joints)、 diarrhea、 etc. may appear.
・Interstitial pneumonia: When you go up stairs or push yourself too hard、 you experience shortness of breath、 difficulty breathing、 dry cough、 fever、 etc.、 which appear suddenly or persist.
・Asthma: wheezing、 whistling、 and difficulty breathing when breathing.
・Aplastic anemia: Bruises、 nosebleeds、 bleeding gums、 fever、 pale skin and mucous membranes、 fatigue、 palpitations、 shortness of breath、 feeling unwell and dizzy、 blood in the urine、 etc. appear.
・Agranulocytosis: Sudden onset of high fever、 chills、 sore throat、 etc.

●The following symptoms may appear after taking the drug. If these symptoms persist or worsen、 stop taking the drug and consult your doctor、 pharmacist、 or registered salesperson with this instruction manual. please.
・Dry mouth、 sleepiness

●If your symptoms do not improve even after taking 5 to 6 times、 stop taking the drug and consult your doctor、 pharmacist、 or registered salesperson with this instruction manual.
