Due to the action of the active ingredient *diphenhydramine hydrochloride*、 it shows excellent effects on symptoms such as inability to fall asleep and light sleep.
Liquid capsule type. Take 1 capsule once before bedtime.

Diphenhydramine hydrochloride ... 50 mg

[Dosage and dosage]
When you have trouble falling asleep or sleep lightly、 please take the following dose once a day with water or lukewarm water before going to bed.
・ Adults (15 years old and over) … 1 capsule per dose
・Under 15 years old: Do not take
