This is a prescription medication containing chasteberry extract as its active ingredient、 designed to relieve the uncomfortable symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.

[Indications and Effects]
Relief of the following premenstrual symptoms (premenstrual syndrome): breast tenderness、 headache、 irritability、 short temper、 and mood swings

[Directions and Dosage]
Take the following single dose.
Adult women (18 years of age and older): 1 tablet once daily
*Do not take if under 18 years of age.

[Ingredients]
Per daily dose (1 tablet):
Dried chasteberry extract 40 mg (equivalent to 180 mg of chasteberry)
Contains the following excipients: anhydrous silica、 hypromellose、 lactose monohydrate、 macrogol、 magnesium stearate、 crystalline cellulose、 propylene glycol、 and titanium dioxide.
(The 40 mg of dried chasteberry extract contains 20 mg of chasteberry extract and 20 mg of excipients.)

1. Do not take this medication if you fall into any of the following categories:
(1) Women who are breastfeeding.

1. The following individuals should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication:
(1) Individuals currently under medical treatment.
(2) Individuals who have previously experienced allergic reactions to medications or other substances.
(3) Individuals currently taking Kampo preparations.
(4) People who have been diagnosed with depression.
(5) People who experience breast tenderness or lumps unrelated to their menstrual cycle.
(6) People with irregular menstrual cycles.
2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking this medication、 they may be side effects. Stop taking the medication immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this package insert.
