Usage and dosage
Take an appropriate amount and rub it on the affected area.

Take the medicine out and
1. Both shoulders 2. Base of the neck and entire neck 3. Applying it while massaging your back will effectively relieve muscle tension.
(1) Tightly close the cap each time you use it.
