Design supplement...
Daisy is one of three early wallpaper designs by William Morris.
First built in 1864.
The stylized flower motif of *daisies* is a simple and gentle wildflower design created by Morris' research based on the illustrations of the medieval illuminated manuscript held by the British Library.
Indicated in the manuscript in the British Museum (BL Ms 4380、 p. 1) and also in the V&A museum collection.
