【how to use】
The best height is when the tip of the cane is placed 20 cm in front of the toe and the elbow is bent at 140 to 150 degrees.
Hold the cane so that the arm and the cane are in a straight line by holding the shaft between the index and middle fingers or by placing the index finger on the shaft.
Make the shaft perpendicular to the floor and apply force from directly above for stability.
