Bufferin has products with different active ingredients. The antipyretic and analgesic ingredient of this product is acetaminophen.

[Usage and dosage]
Avoid hunger as much as possible、 chew or dissolve in mouth before taking.
Also、 take at least 4 hours between doses.
11 years old or older and under 15 years old ... 4 tablets at a time、 up to 3 times a day
7 to 11 years old ... 3 tablets at a time、 up to 3 times a day
3 years old and under 7 years old ... 2 tablets at a time、 up to 3 times a day
